Support Resources
At some point using
your computer for online courses at
ICC, something may go wrong with
your PC hardware, a software
application installed on your PC may
not be functioning properly, or you
may have technical difficulties with
Blackboard.
Below is a guide to
assist you in contacting the
appropriate resources if you run
into trouble using your PC:

hardware item on your PC,

appropriate technical
support telephone number for
the vendor or manufacturer.

Software

Software
installed on your PC at the
factory may be covered by
their technical support
staff. Third-party software
(either off-the-shelf or
downloaded) will require
that you contact the
software developer directly

Software
provided by your textbook
|
Software
issues provided by your
textbook may be solved by
contacting your professor.
If the software is on a CD
and is scratched, you should
contact the ICC Bookstore at
620.332.5440. Your professor
and/or the bookstore staff
may direct you to a textbook
publishing company
representative.

|
Having your
ICC student account is one
of the first things you
should set up once admitted
to ICC. Your account
includes and username,
password, and PIN # that
provides access to
enrollment, transcript and
billing information as well
as the ability to log in to
computer lab PCs and your
own personal e-mail account.
Admitted students have the
ability to set up their
account by accessing this
