Eligibility Requirements
Student Support Services is
section
of the federally funded TRIO
program. As part of that
program, students must qualify for the
program in one of three ways:
- First generation student
status (neither parent has
received a bachelor's degree.)
- Income eligible as
determined by financial aid
status
- Documented
disability
The Student Support Services
program seeks to increase the
retention and graduation rates of
its students. It also strives to
increase the transfer rate of these
students from two-year to four-year
colleges and universities.
